  • Basmati / Normal Rice
  • Mint Leaves
  • Curry Leaves
  • Ghee
  • Kapok Buds( Marathi Moggu)
  • Bay Leaves
  • Nutmeg
  • Dagad phool/black stone flower(Biryani Puvvu)
  • Cloves
  • Cardamom (Elachi)
  • Star Anise (Anasa Puvvu)
  • Shahjeera
  • Chopped Onions
  • Chopped Green Chillies
  • Ginger Garlic Paste

Preparation:

  • Get Ready All the Ingredients.

  • In Pan Add Ghee & Oil. When Ghee Melts Add All Biryani Masala Ingredients

Ghee – 1Tbsp, Oil – 2 Tbsp, Star Anise (Anasa Puvvu) – 1, Cardamom (Elachi) -2, Cloves – 2, Shahjeera – 1tsp, Kapok Buds( Marathi Moggu) – 2, Nutmeg – Small piece, Bay Leaves – 3, Dagad phool/black stone flower(Biryani Puvvu)

  • After 1 minutes Add Green Chillies And Cook For about 2 minutes

  • Add Chopped Onions With Salt And Cook Till Onions Becomes Golden Brown Colour
  • Add Mint (Pudina) & Curry Leaves

  • Soak Rice In Water 30 Minutes Before Cooking,When Water gets Boiled Add Soaked Rice
