Preparation
- Dry Roast 1 Cup Moong Dal / Pesaru Pappu.Roast The Dal Till It Gets Nice Aroma With Light Brown Colour And Keep Aside.
- Roasted Moong Dal
- Wash the Roasted Dal With Water.
- Then Add All Ingredients Tomatoes, Onions, Curry Leaves, Green Chilies, Red Chili Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Oil & Salt And Pressure It For 1 whistles.
- Note Whistles depends on Brand of Pressure Cooker.
- Cooked Dal in Pressure Cooker.
- Take Pan Add Oil Cumin(Jeera), Mustard Seeds(Avvalu)
- Add Red Chillies And saute well
- Then Add Crushed Garlic,Curry Leaves & Kasoori Methi .
- Saute Till Garlic Becomes Golden Brown Colour Then Add Turmeric Powder.
- Add Cooked Dal and 1 Cup Water
- Cook for more 5 mins or till you get bubbles
- Pesaru pappu Tomato / Moong Dal is Ready
- Serve With Roti / Rice ,Onions And Lemon.
