Pesaru Pappu Tomato / Moong Dal Tomato is Split Yelllow Moong Dal Cooked with Tomatoes.Can Serve this Dal with Roti / Rice .If You Had This Moong Dal In Combination With Ghee & Lemon Or With Tamarind Rasam(Pachi Pulusu) is the Superb Combination.

Ingredients:

  • Pesaru Pappu / Moong Dal
  • Chopped Tomatoes
  • Red Chilli Powder
  • Chopped Green Chillies
  • Curry Leaves
  • Chopped Onions
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Ginger Garlic Powder
  • Kasoori Methi
  • Crushed Garlic
  • Curry Leaves
  • Red Chillies

Preparation

  • Dry Roast 1 Cup Moong Dal / Pesaru Pappu.Roast The Dal Till It Gets Nice Aroma With Light Brown Colour And Keep Aside.

  • Wash the Roasted Dal With Water.

  • Then Add All Ingredients Tomatoes, Onions, Curry Leaves, Green Chilies, Red Chili Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Oil & Salt And Pressure It For 1 whistles.
  • Note Whistles depends on Brand of Pressure Cooker.
  • Cooked Dal in Pressure Cooker.

  • Take Pan Add Oil Cumin(Jeera), Mustard Seeds(Avvalu)
